Distance / On Line Reiki Sessions

Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered through a person who has been attuned to channel the energy. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei (God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power) and Ki (Life force energy). Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki treats the whole person – body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many people have experienced reduction of pain, complete physical healing and reduction or elimination of stress and anxiety. People receiving a Reiki treatment report many different experiences; warmth or tingling through the body, deep relaxation, some see colors or images during the session. There is no "right" way to receive or experience a Reiki session. Everyone is an individual, and will experience the session in their own way. Reiki can be sent to others. If you choose a Distance or On Line Reiki session (I use Teams), please block out about 30 minutes of time where you will not be disturbed. Select a place (your home, your favorite spot in a park) where you feel most comfortable. For distance Reiki, at a time mutually agreed upon, I will send you Reiki. After the session, I will call you and we can discuss what your experience was. For On Line Reiki, the same guidelines for distance Reiki apply, but we will be on a Teams call together.
